This document is a non-binding summary template for B2B customers who need a written data processing arrangement under GDPR Article 28. Replace placeholders with your entity name, address, and subprocessors before signing.
The customer (controller) appoints Koliko (processor) to process personal data only as instructed via use of the service and this agreement.
Categories: account data (email, name), operational data (inventory, logs, bar metadata). See the Privacy Policy for subprocessors (e.g. hosting, email).
Koliko implements appropriate technical and organizational measures. Subprocessors are listed in the Privacy Policy; material changes will be communicated as described there.
